Doddridge County Park
Doddridge County Park is a nonprofit, government park perfect for your outdoor use and recreation.
You may already know or attend Doddridge County Park on a regular basis, but did you hear the big news? Our 57-acre park is now expanding! We were just left an additional 200 acres of property adjoining the existing space. We are in the initial stages of developing the property to include campgrounds, cabins, and more. This is great news for all West Union, Parkersburg, Morgantown, and Charleston residents who frequent the area.
We are currently working on building a bridge to connect the two properties—but in the meantime, you can come enjoy our facilities as they are:

The park is surrounded on three sides by Meathouse Fork Creek, and this location is perfect for recreational fisherman. Fishing is allowed as long as you have a state license. The creek contains bass and Muskie.
